Wolf Point Ranch located on the Texas Gulf Coast near Port Lavaca is a facility like none other. Wolf Point was originally named by Stephen F. Austin in the very early 1800’s
and was one of his original tracts of land. As it was in his day, running cattle on salt grass and scrub; the Wolf Point Ranch continues this now century old tradition and runs nearly thirteen hundred head of Brangus cattle on the seventy five hundred acre ranch. We continue our tradition of producing high quality cattle and equine. We also offer a wide range of services related to boarding and reproduction.
Wolf Point has a large selection of Live Oaks available for purchase as well. Our well maintained tree farm and knowledge of these beautiful trees produces healthy, hearty Live Oaks available for purchase. We have many sizes and can move fairly large trees as well.
Not to mention our Watusi herds. The Watusi is a unique breed of cattle originally native to Africa. It has very large, distinctive horns, which can grow up to 6 feet (1.8 m) long. They are great for grazing and are considered an exotic animal hunted by many. |
